Hi Parents,

We know that the safety of your children is so important to you. PSEG Long Island sponsors an amazing program called Safety Sleuth where students learn a process to evaluate situations, make good decisions about next steps, and stay safe.

The fun event is a highlight when the Touch-A-Truck team from PSEG Long Island brings the big trucks and linemen to their school for an assembly. Students get a chance to ask questions and learn about electrical safety and you can also have your child complete their own home safety check and we will celebrate their work. 

We have Five exciting opportunities for you and your child: 

1. Request a Safety Sleuth Assembly at your child’s school – Simple – Download the assembly flyer and share with their teacher 
2. At Home Safety Check – Download the PSEG Long Island home safety checklist and have fun with your kids by checking the status of your home. (CHECK LIST HERE)
3. Safety Sleuth Certificate – Award your child for completing the At Home Safety Sleuth Check – Download the completion certificate and award. 
4. Time to Celebrate – We would love to celebrate your child’s accomplishment.  Take a photo and share with us, use this form for submission.
5. Tag Us – Post your photo and tag us at PSEG LI
